END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BUNKY
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION.
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) and BUNKY (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “We”) for the use of the Bunky mobile application, including all related materials, documentation, and updates (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. REGISTRATION
To use certain features of the App, You may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://bunky-web-r9rr2x.flutterflow.app/privacyPolicy. By using the App, You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
a. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
b. Share, distribute, or disclose any information or content from the App without the explicit consent of the parties involved.
c. Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
e. Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm other users.
f. Use the App for commercial purposes or to promote any products or services without prior written consent from the Company.
5. DISCLAIMERS
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
7. TERMINATION
Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may also terminate this EULA by uninstalling the App.
8. UPDATES
Company may release updates or new versions of the App, which may be subject to a new EULA.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
